UEFA88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, under any of the following circumstances:
In the event of account termination for cause, UEFA88 reserves the right to withhold any remaining account balance pending investigation. Where termination follows a finding of fraud or material breach, forfeiture of balance may apply.
Voluntary Closure: A Player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to standard KYC checks.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which UEFA88 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to UEFA88's internal dispute resolution process.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
